By placing an order, You accept and agree to be bound by this Policy in its entirety.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.3 Defect: A material flaw in workmanship or materials that renders a product unfit for its intended residential use, as reasonably determined by the Company.

2. INSPECTION AND DELIVERY OBLIGATIONS

2.1 Inspection Required: Customer is obligated to inspect all products immediately upon delivery. Any visible shipping damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be clearly noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Customer must notify the Company in writing of any such issue within five (5) calendar days of delivery, accompanied by dated photographic evidence.

2.2 Refused Delivery: If damage is evident and delivery is refused, Customer must notify the Company within twenty-four (24) hours of refusal. Failure to comply with these inspection requirements may result in denial of any damage claim.

3. RETURNS

3.1 Eligibility
(a) Standard Products may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery if the product is unused, uninstalled, unmodified, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all hardware, manuals, and accessories intact.
(b) Custom Products are non-returnable and non-refundable except where a valid Defect or documented shipping damage exists.

3.2 Condition of Returned Products: Returned Standard Products must be in new, resalable condition. Products showing signs of installation, alteration, damage, or missing components are ineligible for return.

3.3 Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): No return will be accepted without a valid, written RMA issued by the Company. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.

Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Customer must provide the original order number, proof of purchase, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photographs if applicable.

3.5 Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a verified Defect or Company error, Customer is solely responsible for safe and insured return shipping to the address designated in the RMA instructions.

3.6 Restocking Fee: All eligible Standard Product returns not due to a Defect or Company error are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee, deducted from any refund due.

4. REFUNDS

4.1 Condition for Refund: All returned products are subject to inspection and must be received in as-new condition. Refunds may be reduced or denied if products are damaged, incomplete, modified, or improperly packaged.

4.2 Refund Method: Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days following written confirmation of acceptance by the Company.

4.3 Original Delivery Charges: Outbound shipping costs paid at the time of sale are non-refundable except in the event of verified Company error or approved Defect claim.

5. EXCHANGES

5.1 In cases of verified Defect or damage documented upon delivery, the Company shall, at its sole discretion, repair the item, replace it with an identical or substantially similar product, or issue a refund if repair or replacement is impractical.

5.2 Customer agrees to cooperate with any reasonable request by the Company to facilitate the return, inspection, or exchange of defective or damaged items.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

6.1 Orders for Standard Products may be canceled without penalty if written notice is received by the Company within twenty-four (24) hours of order confirmation.

6.2 Orders for Custom Products may not be canceled once materials have been procured or production has commenced. Any cancellation request received thereafter shall be denied.

7.4 Sole Remedy: The Company’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at its option, to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any product confirmed to be defective.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
